No. At A-List Landscape, we believe a truly premium design requires an In-Person site analysis. We physically walk your property in Alamo, Walnut Creek, or Danville to personally assess drainage, sun exposure, and site elevations before we ever start the 3D modeling process.
How long does the design phase usually take?
A typical custom 3D landscape plan is completed within 2-3 weeks. This timeline includes your initial on-site consultation, precision site measurements, and the architectural modeling phase. The exact turnaround depends on the complexity of your property and the specific Design Package you choose.
What is the difference between a "Design-Only" and a "Design-Build" project?
"Design-Only" provides you with the professional 3D renderings and build-ready plans to keep for your records or future use. "Design-Build" is our seamless, turn-key service where A-List Landscape handles everything from the initial architectural vision through the final construction and cleanup.
Do I own the plans once the design is complete?
Absolutely. Once the design phase is finished, the high-resolution 3D renderings and architectural plans are yours to keep. While most clients choose our construction team to ensure the vision is executed perfectly, you are under no obligation to build with us.
Can you design a project that fits my specific budget?
We design specifically to reflect A-List Landscape's construction standards and pricing. Because our designs are build-ready and precise, they are tailored to our internal labor and material costs. We do not design to match the pricing or methods of other contractors, as our focus is on maintaining our specific "A-List" quality.
